Coastal Rowing
On the south coast
Welcome to Folkestone Rowing Club
Whether you are new to the sport, returning after some time away or seeking a competitive crew there is a place for you here. From Juniors (Under 18’s) and novice rowers to senior and masters, we offer a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, excellent facilities and stunning south coast waters to train on.
The social side
Regular events include supper nights held on the second Wednesday of every month, bringing the club together for good food and conversation. Other highlights of the social calendar also include the CARA Dinner Dance and our own Club Awards and celebrations night, where achievements are recognised in style.
Music nights add a lively atmosphere throughout the year, and the club proudly takes part in rowing events to support charitable causes.
